Alexander Jumbo the Author is a 'meditation' genius. He has practised meditation for 58 years, from age 14 in 1956. At age 15 he was punished at school for practicing meditation. When he was a missionary in Africa, the Bishop with whom he worked used to be worried whenever he used the word 'meditation'.

Alexander comes from a Christian background. His Dad was a Cathedral Vicar, and his Mum was a daughter of a Catechist. Married, he is father of four daughters, all currently within the age range of 30 to 40. Alexander studied Accountancy, qualified in 1981, and was admitted as a professional member 'ACCA' in the United Kingdom in 1983. He worked as an auditor, auditing international corporations, including top oil corporations. He retired from Accountancy in 2008 to research on 'Healthy Living'.

The 'Hair Health Technique' he discovered is second to none.
